Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the UK. This includes Prep,Processing and Delivery time for the hair. For international orders, shipping may take 7-10 business days, depending on the location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. If order happens to take longer due in busy period , you will be notified by email.

Unfortunately we do not, all sales are final. We only accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
